FIT IS THE NEW SKINNY

So it has begun! The birth of a blog that will hopefully increase my commitment to a healthier lifestyle (although I am munching on my sixth Thin Mint cookie as I type this...) and capture my journey of change that might also inspire others to follow along the way (but that's probably thinking too far ahead...).

My goal? To exercise more and to eat less junk, fewer animal products and more veggies. 
(after I'm done eating all the Thin Mints I can find, that is)
